Welcome to VR-Inventa! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of VR-Inventa's Inventory Management Software with POS (Point of Sale). By accessing this software, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use VR-Inventa if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. License to Use

1.1. VR-Inventa grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your business operations in accordance with these terms.

2.2. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices displayed in or on VR-Inventa.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. VR-Inventa cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business as prompted by VR-Inventa's registration forms.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of VR-Inventa as outlined in the pricing plan selected by you.

5.2. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.

6.1. VR-Inventa will provide technical support and maintenance services as described in the support plan selected by you.

6.2. Support may include updates, upgrades, and bug fixes necessary for the proper functioning of VR-Inventa.

7. Termination

7.1. VR-Inventa may terminate your access to the software at any time for any reason without prior notice.

7.2. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms and conditions will cease immediately.

8.1. In no event shall VR-Inventa be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of VR-Inventa.
